Refund policy

1. Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
2. Eligible Products
A product is eligible for return if it:
- Is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Has all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Includes all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any).
- Is not damaged due to customer misuse.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear and undergarments.
- Personal care and hygiene products.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
- Items damaged due to improper use or negligence.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- The wrong item
- Missing items in your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Photos or videos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is approved.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team.
- Share your Order ID and reason for the return.
- Our team will verify your request.
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup (where available) or provide return instructions.
- After the returned item passes quality inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.
6. Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the required payment details.
7. Replacement Policy
Eligible products may be replaced if they are:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Incorrectly delivered
- Missing parts or accessories
Replacement is subject to product availability.
8. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping is free.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping charges may apply depending on the product and location.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible.
