1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

Metro Cities 2–5 Business Days
Other Cities 3–7 Business Days
Remote Areas 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and your location.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹300.
  • Orders below ₹300 may incur a nominal shipping charge, which will be displayed at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will also be shown during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation email
  • Shipping confirmation email/SMS
  • Tracking ID and courier details

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct name
  • Complete shipping address
  • Valid phone number
  • Correct PIN code

HAVNOM is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information.


7. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Bad weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier partner delays
  • Remote service locations

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


8. Damaged or Open Packages

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened before delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if possible.
  • Take clear photos of the package.
  • Contact our support team within 48 hours.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


9. Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be returned to us if:

  • Incorrect shipping address was provided.
  • Recipient was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.
  • Customer refused delivery.

We will contact you to arrange re-delivery if applicable.


10. International Shipping

Currently, HAVNOM ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
